We can provide FREE samples of thermal ribbons and thermal labels so you can be assured the thermal products you purchase from us will meet your needs.

If you are having trouble providing the required information, please send us an email to or call us. Generally thermal sample requests are fulfilled within 1 week, but this will vary based on the current availability of thermal sample materials.

Samples are typically sent free of charge via the US postal service. If you request the samples via a different carrier or via air express, please provide your preferred carrier name, type of service requested, and your account number.

Samples sent outside the United States must be sent via air courier using your preferred carrier and account number. You are also responsible for any applicable duties.
