Please note: free sample ribbons are typically 80 feet in length; if you require a longer length for testing, you should purchase the type ribbon from our warehouse stock.

Usually sample requests are fulfilled within 1 week, but this will vary based on the current availability of sample materials.

Samples are typically sent free of charge via the US postal service. If you request the samples via a different carrier or via air express, please provide your preferred carrier name, type of service requested, and your account number.

Samples sent outside the United States must be sent via air courier using your preferred carrier and account number. You are also responsible for any applicable duties.
